Cancel renewal at any time and keep access through the period already paid for. Payments are generally non-refundable, but duplicate, incorrect, unauthorised and legally required refunds are reviewed case by case.
1. Free trial
The standard Starter trial lasts 14 days, or 30 days when a valid referral code applies. No card is required, so the trial does not automatically create a paid charge. When the trial ends, you can view and export your records; choose a paid plan to continue editing.
2. Cancelling automatic renewal
You can cancel automatic renewal from Settings. Cancellation prevents the next recurring charge. Your paid subscription and included features remain available until the end of the current billing period, after which the account moves to the access available without an active subscription.
If Settings is unavailable or you need help identifying a subscription, contact us before the renewal date from the email address linked to your account.
3. Subscription refunds
Monthly and yearly subscription payments are generally final and non-refundable after payment, including when you stop using the Service before the end of the paid period. Cancelling renewal does not create a prorated refund for unused time.
We will review a request where:
- the same transaction was charged more than once;
- the charged amount differs from the confirmed checkout total;
- you report an unauthorised transaction and provide information needed to investigate it;
- a technical failure caused a charge without the corresponding subscription or credits; or
- applicable law requires a refund.
Approval is not automatic and depends on the payment record, account history, service delivery and applicable law.
4. Upgrades and downgrades
An upgrade may require a prorated payment for the remaining part of the current billing period. The checkout shows the amount before you confirm it. A downgrade is scheduled for the next renewal, so the current plan remains active through the paid period.
If an upgrade payment is completed but the upgraded plan is not applied, contact us so we can reconcile the payment and account.
5. AI credit purchases
Included AI credits reset at each monthly subscription boundary. Unused included credits do not carry forward. Separately purchased and manually granted credits do not expire under the current product rules.
AI credit purchases are generally final once the credits are added to the account. We will review duplicate or incorrect charges, a payment completed without credits being delivered, an unauthorised transaction, or a refund required by law. Credits already consumed cannot ordinarily be refunded.
6. Requesting a payment review
Email contact@htmautomationsindia.com from the address linked to your account. Include your account email, order or transaction reference, payment date, amount, currency and a brief explanation. Do not send a password, one-time code or full card details.
If a refund is approved, it will be sent to the original payment method. The payment provider and your bank control when the credit appears. Currency conversion or bank charges outside our control may affect the final credited amount.
This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
