Use HTM Infra Tech lawfully, keep your account secure, review AI-assisted work before relying on it, and pay for the plan and credits you choose. You control your project content; we operate the platform and its intellectual property.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and HTM Infra Tech, Odisha, India (“HTM Infra Tech”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They apply to the website, construction management workspace, AI-assisted features and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using the Service, you accept these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the Service for a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information and keep the email account used for one-time-code sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly telling us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Account owners may invite team members and assign project permissions. You are responsible for those invitations, permissions and your users’ compliance with these Terms.
3. Trials, plans, payments and credits
Eligible new customers receive a one-time 14-day Starter trial. A valid referral code may extend that trial to 30 days. No payment card is required for the trial. When it ends, records remain available to view and export, but a paid plan is required to continue editing.
Paid subscriptions are offered monthly or yearly at the price and in the currency shown before checkout. Applicable tax is included where the checkout states that it is included. Subscriptions renew for the selected period until automatic renewal is cancelled. Upgrades may require a prorated payment; downgrades take effect from the next renewal.
Plans include a monthly allowance of AI credits. Unused included credits expire at the next monthly subscription boundary, including on yearly plans. Separately purchased or manually granted credits do not expire under the current product rules. AI usage and voice transcription may consume credits as shown in the Service.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider and may be subject to its terms. Our Refunds & Cancellations Policy explains cancellations, refund requests and payment exceptions.
Approved referral partners may participate in a three-level commission programme under their agreed rates. Commission is created only for verified customer payments, is held before withdrawal, remains separated by payment currency, and may be reversed for refunds or chargebacks. Missing or ineligible referral levels do not create a payment entitlement. Payout requests remain subject to balance, destination, review and fraud checks.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Service for lawful business and construction-management purposes. You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious code, infringe another person’s rights, evade plan limits, reverse engineer protected parts of the Service, or use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, deceptive or harmful material.
You are responsible for ensuring that your projects, records, documents, invitations and instructions comply with applicable laws, contracts, permissions and professional obligations.
5. AI-assisted features
AI-assisted features can help prepare text, transcripts and proposed actions from the context and instructions you provide. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review it before relying on it or confirming a change.
The Service is not a substitute for professional engineering, architectural, safety, accounting, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for site safety, designs, calculations, compliance, commercial decisions and records entered or approved through your account.
6. Your content and our intellectual property
You retain ownership of the project data, documents and other content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up and display that content to operate, secure and support the Service.
HTM Infra Tech and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, design, branding, documentation and platform content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share content. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, applicable law or another person’s rights.
7. Service availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, internet conditions, third-party services, security incidents or events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
We may improve, replace or discontinue features and adjust plan limits or prices. Material changes that affect an active paid subscription will apply prospectively and will be communicated through the Service or the contact information associated with the account where reasonably practicable.
8. Disclaimers, responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that it will meet every requirement or that all output will be accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HTM Infra Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss caused by decisions made without appropriate professional review. Our total aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You will be responsible for losses and claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, or your material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own breach or misconduct.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service or cancel renewal as described in our Refunds & Cancellations Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay an amount due, create a security or legal risk, or misuse the Service. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to address the issue.
Provisions concerning payments, intellectual property, responsibility, disclaimers, liability and governing law continue where their nature requires them to survive termination.
10. Changes, governing law and disputes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law or business practices. The current version and its “Last updated” date will be published on this page. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Odisha, India will have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer or other statutory rights that require a different forum.
